Miracle Fitness runs Fitness Bootcamp, Pilates & Yoga sessions (Supple Strength), and we also do Sports Massage throughout the South East of London. Presently we run bootcamps and pilates & yoga sessions in: Crystal Palace, Brockley, Beckenham, Herne Hill and Croydon.
The Bootcamp is for all abilities, concentrating on Cardiovascular Fitness, Strength (Muscle Tone), Nutrition, Endurance, Co-ordination, and Flexibility. Miracle Fitness has been running bootcamps for the past twelve years.
The Pilates & Yoga (Supple Strength) is a great way to realign the body and to bring mindfulness into your life. It helps to strengthen the body at a deeper level as in the more intrinsic muscles in the body and it also helps to create a more supple body. Generally people who have malaligned pelvis, muscular imbalance, joint pains, neck, back and knee pain to name a few should be doing such a class. It is a great way to educate yourself and your body through movement and through the knowledge that is imparted in these sessions.
The Sports Massage are massage sessions tailored to the needs of the individual. It is a great way to provide targeted relief to an area that may have had a musculoskeletal injury, that may be tight, that may be stressed or in a diseased state. Treatments are aimed at breaking down adhesions within the muscle, successfully target trigger points and to realign distorted muscle fibres thereby returning function. Appointments usually include a chat about what the musculoskeletal issue is, an observation check of the posture and spine, the massage for the area to be treated, a post-treatment evaluation and closing chat.
